从假条来看，这位女士从10月18日至27日共请了10天假，要从济南途径西安去拉萨看望他的丈夫。
从假条的抬头“中铁20局集团有限公司”来看，这应该是一对长期分在两个项目的一线工地夫妻……
这样的理由，怎么忍心拒绝呢？异地恋不容易啊...

27日下午，请假条的作者方女士告诉澎湃新闻，她今年29岁，与丈夫分隔两地工作，已经结婚好几年。“今年我已经请过假回家，但阴差阳错都没有见到我丈夫，所以这次特意请假去看望他。”
